What You’ll Do
- Create realistic HR scenarios involving talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational design
- Develop reference HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, workforce plans, and organizational recommendations
- Build scenarios involving sensitive employee relations, disciplinary actions, accommodations, terminations, compensation decisions, and workforce restructuring
- Apply real-world HR judgment to complex compliance and people-management situations
- Evaluate how HR decisions should change based on company size, jurisdiction, employee population, and business context
- Create grading rubrics that distinguish experienced HR judgment from generic textbook or certification-level answers

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR leadership, people operations, employee relations, compensation, talent management, HR consulting, or a related discipline
- Direct ownership of significant HR programs, employee relations matters, workforce initiatives, or compensation decisions
- Strong understanding of how HR policies and employment-law requirements are applied in real organizations
- Experience making complex people decisions involving multiple stakeholders

- Experience leading HR policy development or employment-law compliance programs
- Experience creating HR training materials, professional standards, evaluation rubrics, or competency frameworks
