Human Resources Management Trainee
Program Overview
The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders by offering hands-on experience in key areas of our business. It consists of a structured 6-month program with two cohorts starting in January and June annually.
Program Structure
First 3 Months – Rotational Experience: Trainees will rotate through critical departments including Live Operations, Processing Operations, Sales, HR, Accounting, IT, Transportation, Procurement, and others. This provides a comprehensive view of how these departments interact and contribute to the company's success.
Last 3 Months – Capstone Project: Each trainee will focus on their specific functional area and develop a capstone project addressing a key business challenge or opportunity. This culminates in a presentation to senior leadership and the next cohort.
