About the role

As a Human Resources Management Development Associate at Nestlé Purina, we’ll coach you from the start, shaping your career trajectory for continuous learning and growth. Together, we’ll explore quality assurance, safety, supply chain, engineering, production, R&D engineering, information systems and operations performance to understand the collaborative nature of human resource management. You'll also gain experience in developing and maintaining employee relations, training, compensation and benefits.

This full-time leadership developmental role fast-tracks you to management on the manufacturing side of our business. The rotational component of the program provides a change in location, offering fresh perspectives and growth opportunities. Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with the Plant Manager, Department Managers, and Team Leaders on all matters relating to and affecting factory employees
• Assist with the implementation of employee services, policies, training, and programs
• Support training and learning for safety, capital projects, special projects, technical, and function training
• Coordinate employees’ leave, return to work (FMLA, worker’s comp, etc.), paid time off, and benefits
• Adhere to and enforce compliance of local, state, and federal legislation in relation to HR policies
• Serve as a resource to all factory employees, providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027
• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S. as you progress through the MDA program
• You will start your rotation for this Human Resources MDA at the Nestlé Purina factory in Crete, Nebraska
• Prior internship, co-op, practicum, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Involvement in student organizations and/or other leadership experience preferred

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $70,000 per year. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
