Human Resources & Labor Relations Manager

This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Assistant Director's absence.

• HR generalist knowledge, including benefits, workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies
• Wage and salary administration
• Associate and labor relations
• Workforce training and development
• Employee counseling
• Local diversity initiatives

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• 2 or more years of human resource or management experience preferred
• Local 6 New York experience

Pay

Salary range for this position is $76,000 to $85,000 dependent on experience.
