Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Support HR Manager with administrative tasks
• Participate actively in the recruiting process
• Ensure compliance with employee records and reporting
• Connect with employees and spearhead employee engagement
• Handle data entry, call logs, and report generation
• Manage applicant records, process background checks, and maintain our Applicant Tracking System
• Prepare materials for new hires
• Assist in managing benefits and payroll

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
