Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned project as a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

• Get exposure to the various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, workforce diversity, training, professional development, health & wellness, and HR special projects and general administrative functions
• Aid in research, coordination and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives
• Support the implementation of corporate and regional initiatives
• Aid the HR team with planning and executing Seattle District initiatives
• Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
• Undertake research projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and stated objectives while managing shifting priorities
• Detail oriented and thorough
• Works well as part of a team and with minimal supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs

Additional Information

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• 18 years of age or older
• Available to work in Bellevue, WA full-time in the summer and/or part-time during the school year

Pay Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
