What You’ll Need
- Applicants must be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, professional, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Interest in Human Resources, employee relations, recruiting, training, and the manufacturing industry.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Scholarship Requirements
- Must obtain at least a 2.776 GPA or better in all classes.
- Grades or transcript must be submitted to Human Resources prior to the commencement of the second semester.
- Transcript must include your Student ID number, your name, and the name of your college or university.
Future Role
Your Future Role - Support the Human Resources team with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative projects. - Assist with maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and supporting compliance-related processes. - Participate in HR projects focused on improving processes, communication, and the employee experience. - Gain hands-on experience working alongside an HR mentor and cross-functional team members in a manufacturing setting. - Deliver a presentation in August highlighting what you learned and contributed during your HR internship.
