Responsibilities
- Support both small- and large-scale projects aligned with the Associate Experience team's work
- Work independently and collaborate with a variety of team members
- Gain exposure to different perspectives, work styles, and approaches to achieving shared goals
Qualifications
- Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field
- Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn new systems, processes, and HR practices
- Collaborative team member who listens actively and builds positive working relationships
- Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and taking initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills

Pay
- ME/NC/PA/SC: $18.10 - $34.20
- IL/MA/MD: $20.00 - $37.80
Schedule
Hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of three days a week in the office. Available from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
