Key Responsibilities
- Benefits administration
- Leave management, including FMLA and Massachusetts PFML
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- HRIS and employee records management
- HR compliance and reporting
- Performance review tracking
- Employee handbook maintenance and policy support
- Contribute to HR budget management
- Support strategic planning
- Support organizational development
- Support broader people operations initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts HR practices and regulations
- Experience with Massachusetts PFML
- Construction or industrial industry experience preferred
- Strong HRIS proficiency and comfort working within internal systems
