Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary

The HR Manager will assist with employee relations, benefits administration, compensation strategies, HR analytics, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll processing, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Aid in employee relations, fostering a harmonious work environment.
• Participate in benefits administration, including 401k plans and wellness programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support compensation strategies that align company goals with market standards.
• Utilize HR analytics to evaluate workforce trends and drive data-driven decisions.
• Engage employees through activities aimed at boosting morale and strengthening organizational culture.
• Assist with the employee onboarding and orientation process.
• Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards across all company locations.
• Generate ad hoc reports to provide insights and support strategic planning.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years' general human resources experience
• Experience using an HRIS system
• HR certifications are a plus

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits package and salary to $75k plus bonus.
