We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support core employee lifecycle activities in Plano, Texas. This is a long-term contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including onboarding schedules, documentation collection, and orientation support.
  • Monitor screening progress and partner with candidates, vendors, and internal teams to resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records within HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR processes such as status updates, recordkeeping, and employee file management.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks by tracking required forms, policy acknowledgments, and employment documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with hiring managers and new employees regarding onboarding steps, deadlines, and required information.
  • Support process improvements within HR operations, including updates tied to systems or workflow changes when needed.
  • Prepare routine reports and audit data to help maintain consistent and reliable HR administration practices.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting onboarding and employee administration within a human resources environment.
  • Knowledge of pre-employment process coordination and related requirements.
  • Proficiency working with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate personnel data.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements, document management, and confidential record handling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for interaction with employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a dependable approach to administrative follow-through.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
