Responsibilities

  • Cook up onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with candidates and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update employee information within HR systems, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and current.
  • Aid in recruiting efforts by posting open roles, monitoring applicant activity, and supporting full-cycle hiring workflows.
  • Utilize HRIS tools to process personnel data and support routine HR administration tasks.
  • Manage inbox communication and calendar-related follow-up through Microsoft Outlook to keep HR activities on schedule.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, track status updates, and help ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Respond to routine employee and candidate questions with care and direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR contacts.
