Responsibilities
- Cook up onboarding activities for incoming employees, like preparing orientation and related paperwork.
- Keep HR records tidy and update training materials, employee files, and departmental docs regularly.
- Make and update reports, such as tracking attendance and gathering workforce data as needed.
- Help out with employee engagement by organizing recognition activities, celebrations, and company events.
- Support performance review cycles by keeping track of timelines, collecting materials, and following up with stakeholders.
- Handle uniform requests and distribution to make sure employees get necessary items promptly.
- Provide general administrative help, from scheduling to correspondence to process follow-through.
- Answer routine employee questions, give policy guidance, and participate in HR initiatives and employee relations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in HR support, coordination, or generalist roles.
- Hands-on experience in HR administration, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Paylocity.
- Strong organizational skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented, service-oriented attitude.
