About the role
Community Concierge Services, LLC (CCS) is a founder‑led services company founded in 2016 that provides valet trash, doorstep collection, and other ancillary property services for apartment communities and HOAs across 15+ states. Most of the workforce runs part‑time evening routes (≈1–2 hours/night, five nights/week). As an HR Assistant you will support the HR and Recruitment functions, overseeing recruitment for part‑time trash collection associates (Porters), managing end‑to‑end onboarding for full‑time and part‑time roles, assisting with payroll system maintenance and implementation, and handling HR special projects as needed. Start date: To Be Determined.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment for part‑time trash collection associates (Porters) and manage the full‑time/part‑time onboarding process end‑to‑end.
- Assist the HR team with payroll system maintenance and implementation.
- Handle HR special projects and tasks as requested by the HR Manager or HR Specialist.
- Keep job ads live in the right markets: deploy from approved regional templates, adjust spend/placement, pull ads when a route fills, and reallocate budget based on market performance.
- Work the candidate queue in the ATS/CRM: engage pre‑qualified candidates, pitch specific routes (e.g., “1234 Peachtree Commons – Sun‑Thu, 7 pm, ~1.5 hrs/day, $1,000/month”), answer common candidate questions, and move candidates forward or close them out.
- Connect candidates with the local Training Manager via group text, log the handoff in Asana for the ops team.
- Confirm training completion and first‑shift attendance; flag any stalls and follow up day‑after.
- Prioritize tasks: candidate queue, training handoffs/Asana entries, first‑shift follow‑up, ad deployment for urgent markets, ad performance reporting.
- Maintain 40–60 live conversations, follow through on confirmations, Asana entries, and day‑after check‑ins.
- Analyze spend and hires by market to provide useful insights.
- Be available some evenings/weekends for training and first‑shift activities.
