Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and talent strategy. As a strategic partner to leadership and employees, you'll lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, drive performance, and ensure compliance with HR best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Recruitment:
- Manage a full recruitment life cycle
- Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), handling over 100 applications during peak periods.
- Skilled at crafting personalized and informative responses to applicants and department managers via email (managing 100+ daily) and phone calls, leveraging strong active listening and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with demonstrably successful leadership experience.
- Experience in HR-related technologies and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience with JazzHR, Monday.com, Rippling, or similar tools.
