Part-Time Senior HR Generalist ONSITE

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Cook up recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist managers with performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Support payroll processes and HR reporting as needed.
• Help foster a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
