About the role
The Human Resources Generalist leads the Employee Engagement program at a manufacturing site, managing the full employment lifecycle from hire to retire, including transfers and promotions. They partner with site leadership to develop engagement strategies, plan and execute recognition and engagement activities, and oversee onboarding and assimilation processes to ensure new associates are supported for success. The role also involves acting as a coach and resource for managers and associates, providing training on communication and relationships, and maintaining a pulse on employee engagement.

Qualifications
