What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and administrative roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers)
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including performance improvement, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Administer and communicate HR policies, ensuring consistency and compliance with employment laws.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding to create a positive employee experience.
- Support performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations)
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and report on key metrics (turnover, headcount, time-to-fill, etc.)
- Assist with compensation benchmarking, job descriptions, and pay equity initiatives.
- Clock training and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and leave management (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc.)
- Proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
