SUMMARY: Oversees the employee and volunteer lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance management, compliance, training, records, and team member relations. Supports HR operations through HRIS administration, reporting, system access, and general administrative and team initiatives. This is a salaried, exempt position. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage employee and volunteer life cycle to include onboarding through termination.Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.Support performance management processes ensuring timely completion and administration by managers.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating policies as needed.Serve as a point of contact for team member relations, addressing conflicts and concerns promptly.Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.Manages and processes bi-weekly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.Ensure training is compliant with federal, state and joint commission standards.Supports administrative functions within the Human Resources department.Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to Human Resources Information Systems users.Ensures all team members have appropriate access to C4K tools and systems.Run and send necessary personnel reports to appropriate parties.Assists with team experience events, activities, and initiatives.Assists with C4K inventory ordering and tracking.Other duties as assigned. Required Education And Experience High school diploma or GED.A minimum of one (1) year of human resources experience. Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Demands And Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Frequently required to handle several face-to-face and telephone contacts daily.Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift/push/carry items up to 15 pounds.
