About the Role

This is a unique role and an excellent opportunity for a developing HR professional. You will work from the Peoria Proving Grounds (PPG Facility), acting as the local/facility HR support while also supporting two global organizations in Earthmoving (VP of MG/MTP Products and VP of Engineering/Product Development & Services). This position provides direction and support to business units in staffing, employee development, employee counseling, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover, or training.
  • Administer compensation programs; monitor performance evaluation programs and revise as necessary.
  • Handle employee relations issues, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and recommend programs to address issues.

Additional Information

  • Primary location: Peoria, IL.
  • This role requires 5 days a week in-office.
  • Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify.
  • Sponsorship is not available.
  • Domestic travel up to 5%.

Pay

Summary pay range: $97,530.00 - $146,290.00. Compensation and benefits may vary depending on job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
