Human Resources Generalist
About the role
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This position is based in La Crosse, WI and works 80 hours per two-week pay period, typically Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Aid managers and staff in recruiting and retention efforts
- Assist with workplace safety initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues
- Follow up on unemployment claims
- Administer benefits
- Comply with employment laws and regulations
- Support other HR functions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or related field with 2-3 years of directly related HR experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
This position works 80 hours per two-week pay period, typically Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional evening and weekend hours.
