About the role
We’re seeking a collaborative and service-oriented HR Generalist to support employees, managers, and new hires throughout the employee experience. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR guidance, support key HR processes, and serve as a trusted resource for employees across the assigned region. Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leaders to support employee relations matters, provide thoughtful guidance and training, and help ensure HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations are communicated clearly.
- Participate in leadership meetings to share HR updates, provide visibility into current initiatives, and identify opportunities to better support employees and managers.
- Communicate HR initiatives, process updates, and upcoming changes in a clear, approachable, and employee-focused manner.
- Serve as a trusted and welcoming point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, workplace questions, and employee experience matters.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance concerns, attendance matters, and policy interpretation with a balanced and practical approach.
- Support employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and follow-up, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
- Coordinate employee changes, including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, leaves of absence, and separations.
- Assist with benefits administration and provide timely, helpful support for employee benefits questions.
- Support performance management and annual review processes that encourage meaningful feedback, accountability, and employee development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of hands-on human resources experience.
- Experience supporting employment-based visa processing and work authorization compliance.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully and consistently.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and care.
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while building positive, collaborative relationships with employees, managers, and leadership.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification preferred.
- A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
