HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Spanish Human Resources Generalist who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a busy onsite workplace. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys hands-on employee support, full-cycle HR operations, and working closely with a large hourly workforce.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle HR processes, including job postings, recruiting coordination, onboarding, I-9 documentation, compliance, and employee recordkeeping.
• Assist with workers’ compensation, EDD matters, benefits administration, 401(k) administration, employee handbook updates, and HR policy documentation.
• Provide payroll support for 200+ employees, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and confidentiality.
• Maintain HR data, reports, and employee information using HR systems, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and business software.
• Partner with the HR Manager on employee relations, day-to-day HR operations, employee questions, and administrative support.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish

Pay

$35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
