Human Resources Expert | $90/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic HR scenarios and tasks based on hands-on experience.
• Craft model-facing prompts and author gold-standard responses.
• Review and grade AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with HR standards.
• Identify errors and failure modes in model reasoning on people decisions.
• Provide structured written rationale for evaluating AI outputs.
• Collaborate to refine evaluation rubrics and improve HR domain content quality.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in Human Resources or People operations.
• Depth in HR sub-domains such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics.
• Strong command of HR frameworks and employment-law fundamentals.
• Excellent written communication skills for explaining nuanced reasoning.
• Attention to detail and comfort evaluating the quality of work.
• An HR credential (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.
