Responsibilities
- Own the Talent Engine: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles ranging from Engineering to Growth.
- You will screen, interview, and coordinate candidates using our proprietary AI engine.
- Design Scalable Systems: Beyond execution, you will design and optimize recruitment workflows, ATS integrations, and evaluation frameworks to ensure operational speed and quality.
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate directly with Founders and Department Heads to define hiring needs, draft high-signal JDs, and establish rigorous skill assessment criteria.
- Nurture Culture & Human Capital: Support a positive, high-performance working environment and oversee performance appraisal systems that drive growth.
- Employer Branding: Act as a Flowmingo ambassador, clearly communicating our vision to "democratize hiring" to the global talent community.
Requirements

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR within tech startups or high-growth agencies.
