Human Resources Executive

The Role

The HR Executive Volunteer helps grow and strengthen the Cars of Hope volunteer team while increasing awareness of the organization's unique mission throughout the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

• Establishing clear volunteer expectations
• Developing customer interaction and service guidelines
• Supporting volunteer training and engagement initiatives
• Conducting periodic volunteer satisfaction and performance assessments
• Collaborating with the leadership team to foster a positive, mission-driven culture

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in volunteer management or related field
• Passion for helping families in need

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in volunteer management or a similar field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
