Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment activities for branches and head office requirements
- Cook up employee onboarding, confirmation, and documentation through HRMS
- Support Learning & Development initiatives including training coordination and tracking
- Aid in performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and disciplinary guidelines
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports
- Act as a single point of contact for employee HR-related queries
