About the role
The Human Resources Director Full-Time position at DUCHESNE is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage the hiring team
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Proven track record in managing teams and resolving complex issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

$75,000 - $85,000 annually
