What You'll Do

  • Developing and executing Human Resources strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Coaching and developing leaders across the organization
  • Leading employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Designing and enhancing performance management programs
  • Developing compensation strategies and supporting salary administration
  • Overseeing employee benefits, leave administration, and vendor relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content
  • Leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Creating HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Evaluating and improving HR systems, technology, and processes
  • Building employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Supporting a diverse, multi-site workforce

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 6+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
  • 3+ years leading HR teams or departments
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership
  • Strong knowledge of federal and Colorado employment law
  • Experience developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational infrastructure
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred
