About the role

Logic Staffing is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team. This is a full-time contract position located in Sumner, WA, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a pay rate of $25 to $26/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties
• File all documents in an organized fashion
• Audit employee files across multiple platforms
• Complete the E-Verify/background check process as necessary for associate onboarding
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Perform a variety of secretarial duties such as responding to emails and checking in guests
• Work with Talent Agents and Allocation Managers regarding interview schedules
• Liaise between Array Central HR, Insurance, Benefits, and local brands
• Activate and deactivate associate profiles
• Keep office common areas tidy and free of trash
• Order, maintain, and restock office supplies and onboarding documents

Requirements

One year of admin experience is required, and previous onboarding experience is a plus.
