Human Resources Coordinator--Payroll
Responsibilities
- Aid in the accurate processing of weekly payroll, managing wage garnishments and other deductions.
- Prepare reporting and conduct audits of employee timecards, earnings, deductions, and taxes prior to payroll processing.
- Calculate and process bonuses, retroactive pay, and other special earnings.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and compensation information.
- Support in reconciling W-2s and assist in maintaining comprehensive records for compliance and reporting needs.
- Train new employees and managers on payroll and time and attendance systems.
- Respond to inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree.
- Trustworthiness to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and other departments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required).
- Customer service skills to serve employees in an appropriate manner.
- Previous experience in Payroll (preferred but not required).

- $18.35 to $27.53 per hour, plus bonus opportunity.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday; 8:00-5:00
