Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Relations
About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Wilmington, Ohio. This position serves as a liaison between employees, managers, and human resources.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret policies, state laws, and apply them to daily tasks.
- Provide guidance to employees and all levels of management based on policies and laws.
- Take employee complaints and conduct investigations in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent task management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- One (1) year of human resources experience in employee relations preferred.
