About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support employees throughout their employment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records.
  • Support employee benefits administration programs.
  • Aid employees with HR-related questions regarding benefits, onboarding, payroll, schedules, and company policies.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support payroll and timekeeping administration.
  • Prepare and audit various HR and operational reports.
  • Participate in annual benefits open enrollment activities.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, timeshare, or a related industry (preferred).
