Human Resources Coordinator

Position Summary

Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including benefits, compensation, employee labor relations, employee records, HRIS, and/or recruitment.

Education & Experience

  • Equivalent to two (2) years of college-level course work in business administration
  • Two (2) years of office administrative experience in a human resource setting and/or in a customer service-related field

Licensing/Certification

None required.

Preferences

  • At least one (1) year of current Human Resources experience
  • Priority consideration for documented previous experience in the following:
    • Onboarding
    • HR benefits
    • Maintaining employee systems or processes (both electronic and hard copy)
    • Tracking and verifying documents
    • Ensuring compendium information is accurate and up to date
    • Conducting file audits
    • Time management, attention to detail, and comfort handling confidential information
