Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and HR administration
- Cook payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Support performance review cycles, salary adjustments, and bonus programs
- Aid in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy
- Cook employee training programs, including compliance-related training
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support workforce planning and annual labor cost budgeting
- Plan and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and office administration functions
- Prepare HR-related reports and communicate with headquarters in Japan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Human Resources and/or Administrative experience.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese is a big plus.
- Mechanical industry experience is a plus.
