Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and HR administration
  • Cook payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Support performance review cycles, salary adjustments, and bonus programs
  • Aid in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy
  • Cook employee training programs, including compliance-related training
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support workforce planning and annual labor cost budgeting
  • Plan and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and office administration functions
  • Prepare HR-related reports and communicate with headquarters in Japan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of Human Resources and/or Administrative experience.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese is a big plus.
  • Mechanical industry experience is a plus.
