Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting HR operations for a high-volume, shift-based workforce. This position is ideal for someone with HR, staffing or workforce coordination experience who is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with hourly employees, supervisors, staffing agencies and internal leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of HR, staffing or workforce coordination experience required
- Experience in a high-volume or manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tracking, data entry and basic reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with hourly employees and leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
