Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including but not limited to onboarding communications, status changes, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience at every stage.
- Proactively step into project coordination or leadership roles as needed.
- Maintain and audit HR data integrity, including pulling and reviewing regular reports to ensure systems, data, and employee-facing materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Train and support employees on HR processes and tools, including timekeeping, onboarding best-practices, and proper system usage, promoting consistency and self-sufficiency.
- Support the administration of the LMS (Learning Management System) platform, including content updates, assignment tracking, and completion monitoring.
- Aid in culture building initiatives including the monthly newsletter by working cross-functionally to gather the latest information.
- Support day-to-day benefits administration and respond to employee benefits questions, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist with the creation, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
- Support HR-related special events, such as benefits open enrollment and annual merit reviews.
- Aid in state and federal compliance requirements, including maintaining and updating required workplace postings across all company locations.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft365.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work four days per week on-site at our HQ in Center City, Philadelphia.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with payroll and multi-state tax jurisdictions.
- Military experience is a plus.
Pay
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000USD. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
