Requirements

• High School/GED
• 2 years of HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
• Able to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals
• Experience with full cycle recruiting
• Experience maintaining confidentiality
• Experience working with Federal, State, and local labor and employment laws, workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office
• Able to adapt to changes in the work environment such as competing demands, delays, unexpected changes, or events in a calm and logical manner

100% Onsite at 485 Commerce Dr., Fall River, MA 02720
Monday to Friday, 1st Shift - 40 hours
Overtime when needed
