Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and employment verification.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Aid employees and managers with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Cook up training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and employee status changes.
- Partner with operational leaders to support staffing, retention, and employee relations efforts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company employment policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
