About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in Norwood, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Review candidate applications and conduct video interviews to assess experience, skills, and alignment with role requirements
  • Manage and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Post and promote job opportunities across internal and external platforms
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring-related meetings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Support onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and operations teams
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company information
  • Provide overall administrative assistance to the HR department
  • Aid in answering questions regarding benefits, policies, etc.
  • Maintain employee files and logs
  • Aid in creating and updating policies to ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws and regulations
  • Assist with leave of absence paperwork, employment verifications, etc.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events (summer outings, holiday party, flu clinic, lunchtime talks, service days, etc.)
  • Work on special projects as needed
  • Assist with coordinating new hire scheduling, training, paperwork, travel arrangements, and general onboarding requirements

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus

  • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Skills

  • Knowledge of employment laws and company policies
  • Ability to use ADP Workforce Now
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
