This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain exposure to multiple HR functions within a stable company known for its strong reputation in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Generalists and Managers with day-to-day HR processes and employee lifecycle activities for all Markets as needed
  • Manage I-9 completion and verification, ensuring compliance with federal requirements
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate new hire communications, paperwork, and onboarding logistics
  • Support hiring managers, IT, Payroll, and departments to ensure a smooth start for new employees
  • Prepare new hire packets and data entry
  • Maintain the HR Hub with current forms, policies, process guides, and resources
  • Serve as a backup to the Employee Experience Specialist for orientation and other employee experience initiatives
  • Assist with HR projects, audits, reporting, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS preferred
