Responsibilities
- Aid in screening line position applicants.
- Support reference check process for identified potential employees.
- Make appointments with department heads and candidates for interviews.
- Process new hire paperwork.
- Maintain job requisition and associate logs.
- Ensure proper signatures for processing personal information forms.
- Enter associate data into Dayforce.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- File and maintain files.
- Answer phones and handle phone inquiries.
- Type memos and other correspondence.
- Prepare and manage managerial/hourly reviews.
- Track and monitor timely completion of reviews.
- Support the Hotel Orientation Program training.
- Collect, sort, and distribute office mail.
- Administer employee benefit information and educate associates on the process.
- Assist in annual open enrollment for benefits.
- Support offboarding process by terming personnel files and maintaining exit interview logs.
- Coordinate all associate event functions.
- Maintain accurate records of associates' anniversary dates and birthdays.
- Serve as the initial point of contact in the office, supporting associates, arranging meetings and appointments, tracking and managing calendars.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls, faxes, and emails.
- Celebrate and coordinate Career Fairs in different universities.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Relevant hospitality and/or customer service/administrative experience.
- Accounting/Finance experience preferred.
- College degree, preferably in hospitality or human resources management.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a focus on quality, organization, guest service, and teamwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Fluency in other languages, such as Spanish or Chinese, is preferred.
