Human Resources Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and administer training programs that build employee skills, strengthen company culture, and support a consistent, high-quality experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Cook up training logistics including scheduling sessions, booking venues, arranging equipment, and managing communications with trainers and participants from start to finish
- Use AI tools to accelerate content development, draft training communications and newsletters, summarize feedback, build session materials, and streamline recurring program administration
- Support delivery of training sessions, including co-facilitating new hire orientation in partnership with the broader HR team
- Manage participant registrations, track attendance, collect and analyze feedback, and recommend improvements to program effectiveness based on what the data shows
- Maintain accurate training records including attendance, evaluations, materials, and expenses, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Cook up external vendor trainings, managing logistics, communications, and participant follow-up throughout
- Coordinate the intern program including onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and ongoing engagement activities
- Plan, create, and coordinate recurring monthly training initiatives including the Monthly Learning Challenge and Grub Club, managing all communications, logistics, and execution
- Create or source training materials including presentations, manuals, handouts, and multimedia resources, using AI to produce content faster and at a higher standard of quality
- Develop and maintain SOPs that support team consistency and knowledge transfer
- Support the new hire experience through orientation presentations, Company Overview program coordination, and administration of 30-60-90 day plans and goal setup in Workday
- Develop and distribute internal HR communications including the weekly HR newsletter, intranet updates, monthly training newsletter, and course and event communications
- Maintain and update HR content on internal platforms, ensuring information is current and accessible to all employees
- Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, and fundraising coordination including donation tracking, processing, and EIB management
- Manage the HR training inbox and Workfront ticket queue on a rotating basis, responding to requests and escalating as needed
Requirements
Proven experience coordinating or supporting training programs in a professional environment, with strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
An AI-native mindset. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to draft training content, build communications, summarize program feedback, and automate recurring administrative tasks — and you can speak to how they improve what you deliver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday Learning or similar training management systems, and intranet or internal communications platforms
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods
Detail-oriented with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality work and following through on every commitment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments in a fast-moving environment
Proactive, dependable, and quick to adapt when priorities shift
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Communications, or a related field

Pay
$47,500 to $52,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
