About the role
We are hiring a Human Resources Coordinator at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Cook up employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling, new hire paperwork, system access, and exit documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data within HRIS systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with hiring events and staffing activities.
- Process employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and separations in HR systems.
- Aid employees with benefits-related questions and provide administrative support for benefit enrollments and leave of absence processes.
- Monitor and track required training, certifications, acknowledgments, and compliance-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action documentation, and performance management processes.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Manage and organize HR communications, departmental inboxes, reports, and internal HR resources to support daily operations.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, training coordination, and other departmental activities as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of an associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One to three years of Human Resources, administrative, or related experience.
- Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or leave administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Preferred: An associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred: One to three years of Human Resources, administrative, or related experience.
- Preferred: Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or leave administration.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
