Human Resources Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources organization.
- Take on assignments from various areas of Human Resources, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, etc.
- Support functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unit.
- Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
- Compile, review and analyze data.
- Use software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
- Design processes to enhance work flow.
- Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed.
- The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills.
