Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordinator and lead recruiting programs, including KWC’s tax season and summer internship and entry-to-mid-level talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with college/university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Represent the firm at campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Cook up interview schedules, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics.
- Follow up with hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates to ensure timely completion of recruiting activities and action items.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights on pipeline health and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records within HR systems.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of the firm’s internship programs (tax season and summer).
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training schedules for interns.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure a meaningful and structured intern experience.
- Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and program evaluations for interns.
- Prepare and distribute recruiting activity reports and weekly status updates, including candidate pipeline, interview progress, internship program updates, and open requisition status.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items for Recruiting Committee meetings and other HR-related meetings as needed.
- Aid in onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Aid in additional HR projects and operational priorities as assigned.
- Partner with the HR Generalist to support internal HR programming and initiatives.
- Aid in planning and executing employee events such as lunch & learns, benefits education sessions, and professional development workshops for employees.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, campus relations, or administrative support (professional services experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage concurrent recruiting (and HR) processes, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment (i.e. coordinating interviews, events, and reporting simultaneously).
- Demonstrated ability to generate accurate and professional reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including organizing data, summarizing key insights, and ensuring high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in ADP a plus.
- Ability to represent the firm professionally in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Experience with ADP and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to travel to college campuses and recruiting events approximately four to five times annually.
