About the Role
Support employees throughout their journey with the organization—from onboarding and employee engagement to HR administration and compliance. Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, helping create an exceptional first-day experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
- Aid in payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects.
- Partner with employees and leaders to support a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Prior administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
