Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system access
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRISS
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
- Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with job postings
- Afford assistance with benefits administration, open enrollment preparation, and employee communications
- Track and maintain employee data related to attendance, leave, and compliance
- Afford support to performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Afford ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
