Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide local HR support to employees and serve as the face of the HR office. Your responsibilities include guiding employees to the correct self-service portal or HR service center, supporting the HR Business Partner team and managers in collecting and coordinating information, and assisting with local tasks.

- Bachelor's Degree required
- No travel required
- One year of relevant work experience required
What You Will Do
- Support local employee engagement, service awards, and community events
- Implement department or facility action plans based on engagement survey results
- Maintain local hiring processes by posting jobs, organizing onsite interviews, and updating job descriptions
- Coordinate local orientation programs and provide content delivery support
- Provide program support for compliance initiatives by gathering information for audits
- Manage learning and development activities at the facility
- Coordinate benefits enrollment by conducting information sessions and directing employees to the correct web and call center resources
- Aid employees with return from Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Comp inquiries
