Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator with HCA Florida Capital Hospital, you will provide local HR support to employees and assist with various HR tasks. You will also participate in local employee engagement and community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant work experience

What You Will Do in This Role

• Assist with local employee engagement and community events
• Coordinate employee recognition and service award events or program implementation
• Support implementation of department or facility action plans based on engagement survey results
• Maintain local hiring processes by posting jobs locally, facilitating onsite interview process, and revising job descriptions
• Cook up local orientation programs and assist with content delivery
• Provide program support to compliance initiatives by gathering information and helping with preparation for compliance audits
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility
• Coordinate benefits enrollment at the location by setting up information sessions and directing employees to the appropriate web and call center resources
• Aid employees with return to work from Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Comp by performing tasks which cannot be performed by the HR Service Center
